Veronica - Tickled Pink
The Veronica Tickled PInk, Veronica spicata 'Tickled Pink' (PPAF), is a sport of the Veronica Goodness Grows. It is an easy to grow perennial that adds beauty to any garden. The pink blooms are a newer color for Veronica's. With its brilliant golden foliage, it has a plant height of 12-16" and a spread of 1-2’. Tickled Pink needs a full sun or part sun area with well-drained soil. Deadhead the flowers after the first bloom to prolong its bloom time. Veronica can be used in mass plantings or along borders. Coreopsis - American Dream The Coreopsis ‘American Dream’, Coreopsis rosea, has a rosy pink daisy-like flower with a yellow center. In the Tickseed family, the dark green fernlike, thin and delicate foliage makes a great contrast to any garden. ‘American Dream’ should be planted in full sun. It is drought-tolerant and tough but does need well-drained soil. It should be cut backing early and late summer to extend the bloom period.
