Phlox - Junior Surprise
The Phlox Junior Surprise®, Phlox paniculata 'Junior Surprise®' (PPAF), has fragrant white flowers with red eyes on free-branching short stems. It is one the Phlox Junior series that contain mildew resistant plants. Blooming all summer long, it has a plant height of 18-22”. As a definite addition to any perennial garden, it attracts butterflies and provides a mainstay of summer color. Junior Surprise® needs to be planted in a full sun area in well-drained soil. Lungwort - Victorian Brooch The Lungwort Victorian Brooch, 'Pulmonaria', also known as Bethlehem Sage, is a great ground cover for any shady area, helping to lighten up parts of the garden. The silver-spotted foliage is compact, long and attractive. The magenta-coral flowers with ruby-red calyces adds to this plant, not to mention mildew resistant. The bloom time can be up to 3 months. ‘Victorian Brooch’ has a plant height of 21” and a spread of 18-23”. ‘Victorian Brooch’ needs to be planted in a full shaded area with well-drained soil.
