The Phlox Intensia ® Neon Pink, 'Phlox hybrid', a Proven Winners selection, comes from Germany. This new series of vigorous, free-flowering Phlox varieties produce 1/2 to 1 inch hot pink flowers with a dark rose eye. Their cascading habit makes them perfect for any type of container, including hanging baskets, patio pots and combos. They also do well as landscape plantings. Tomato - Supersweet 100 The Tomato Supersweet 100, 'Lycopersicon lycopersicum', is a staked hybrid plant that produces long strands of up to and over 100 super-sweet flavored cherry tomatoes. The super sweet tomatoes are 1 inch in diamter and they are extra-high in Vitamin C and great for salads. Supersweet plants will bear throughout the season and require staking or caging. The fruits are slightly larger than a cherry tomato and they have exceptionally good flavor. The tomatoes hang like bunches of grapes. Tomatoes should be planted outside after the last average frost date. Tomatoes prefer well drained soil that is high in organic matter. Soak to depth of 6 to 10 inches when watering. They need at least 6 hours of direct sunlight a day. |
